Individual work with a psychologist
Sessions take place online, in Zoom. We work with whatever is getting in the way right now: recurring patterns, stuck feelings, states you cannot leave by your usual means.
My approach is a synthesis of a thorough psychological education and modern high-intensity techniques: the emotional-imagery method, Jungian counselling and the principles of ISTDP — a quick route to feelings instead of months of intellectual analysis.
Formats and fees
- A focus session (1–3 meetings) — for one specific request. $290, 60–90 minutes per meeting.
- A cycle of 10–12 sessions — when stable personal patterns are what changes. $170 per session, 60 minutes.
- Individual programmes — systematic support and a development strategy; see the individual programmes page.
What this will be for you
- Speed: we reach the heart of your request in the first sessions.
- Intensity: I ask uncomfortable questions and bring attention back to where it is habitually not kept.
- Change: not “understanding” the cause but living through the old one, letting it go and putting a resource in its place.
When we will work well together
- You are stuck in a recurring pattern and ready to see your own part in it.
- You need a breakthrough in a particular area — money, relationships, self-realisation — but something inside is blocking the movement.
- You are ready for an intense process and an honest conversation with yourself.
When another specialist is the better choice
- Clinical states. The approach requires a reserve of psychological strength: severe depression, active psychosis and diagnoses on the schizophrenia spectrum call for a psychiatrist and supportive care.
- Looking for ready-made answers. I do not give advice and do not rescue — my work is to set your own changes in motion.
- An acute crisis. If what you need is immediate, gentle support, this method may prove too sharp.
How to start
The work begins with a questionnaire — the method calls for a degree of psychological stability and a readiness to go deep. Fill in the questionnaire or leave an enquiry in the form below, and we will arrange a first meeting.
