These terms apply only to digital products — access to The Girl in the Black Funnel MAC (metaphorical associative cards) system and the centre’s other tools. The terms for consultations and programmes are set out in the public offer agreement.

Licence agreement for the use of digital content

1. General provisions and definitions
1.1. This document is an open offer (the Offer) by the author and lawful owner of the intellectual property rights in the Product/Digital Content (hereinafter, the Rights Holder), addressed to any natural person (hereinafter, the User), to enter into a Licence Agreement on the terms set out below.
1.2. Digital Content (the Product) means any original information materials (methods, guides, checklists, instructions, video or audio materials) whose detailed description and price are published on the Website or in the Chatbot, and to which the User is given access after payment.
1.3. The Chatbot means the automated interface in the Telegram messenger through which the User is dealt with.
1.4. The Monetisation Service (Technical Partner) means the international platform Tribute (the bot @Tribute), which the Rights Holder uses to accept payments and to grant access automatically. The Rights Holder is not a payment operator and does not store bank card details.

2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Rights Holder grants the User, under a simple (non-exclusive) licence, a limited, revocable, personal right to access and view the Product solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.2. This agreement is not a contract of sale or a contract for educational services. All economic and moral rights of authorship in the Product remain in full with the Rights Holder.

3. Payment and access
3.1. The User pays for the right of access to the Product through the interface of the Tribute Monetisation Service, using the methods available on the platform.
3.2. The Rights Holder’s obligation to provide access is deemed fully performed at the moment the Tribute Service confirms the transaction and the Chatbot automatically sends a link or the first information message to the User’s messenger.

4. No refunds
4.1. Since the subject of the agreement is access to Digital Content that has no physical medium, the User confirms that from the moment of payment and the start of performance of the agreement (receiving access to the Chatbot) they lose the right to withdraw from the agreement unilaterally.
4.2. Money paid for access to the Product is not refundable. The risks of being unable to use the Chatbot through the User’s own fault (no internet connection, a blocked Telegram account) are borne by the User.

5. Restrictions on use and copyright protection
5.1. The User is strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing or forwarding to third parties the materials of the Product (in whole or in part), and from using them for their own commercial or teaching activities.
5.2. If a copyright infringement or the transfer of access to third parties is detected, the Rights Holder may block the User’s access to the Product without a refund and bring court proceedings to recover damages.

6. This agreement is made in several languages. All versions have equal legal force.
