What is the “Alchemy of the Soul” club?
It is not counselling and not a course. It is a space of inner practice and experience.
Here you will find answers to what you already feel but cannot always put into words. We look for meanings, not for someone to blame. We do not complain; we explore how varied situations can be. We neither give nor treat diagnoses; we come to see how our inner world is built. We do not compare; we observe. We are in no hurry to become perfect and “fully worked through” — we move towards ourselves at a natural pace.
My name is Anna Shyman, and I have been walking this path for more than fifteen years.
I created this online club to share the experience and the practices that help you:
- Regain contact with yourself and with reality. To feel: I am alive, I am breathing, I understand what is happening to me.
- Learn to be aware instead of fighting. To move from endless “working through” to understanding and steering your own states.
- Restore inner stability. To find support within and stop depending on other people’s reactions and on circumstances.
- Learn psycho-energetic hygiene. To understand where your energy drains away, where your strength goes, how to regain balance and keep your wholeness.
- Develop symbolic thinking. To see things more deeply: not only what is happening, but what for.
- Create your own inner rhythm. To live not in a rush but in agreement with yourself: in the body, in feeling, with pleasure.
The online club “Alchemy of the Soul” is a path towards awareness, inner order and the sense of being home again.
What the online club “Alchemy of the Soul” contains:
One discussion at the start of the week — about the psyche, the body, energy and meaning.
One practice at the end — breathing, body-based or emotional and mental.
Every cycle has a new theme. A cycle lasts three months. You can join during the first month of the current cycle.
The theme: the body as support, sensuality, embodiment.
So twelve weeks and twelve themes are ahead of you.
With theory, weekly exercises, practices, meditations, a chat and so on;
1. Waking the body. Contact with sensation
2. Breath as the conductor of life
3. Support and grounding
4. The body and boundaries
5. Shoulders, neck, jaw: the weight of control, anger, the ban on saying no.
6. The belly and the breath of life. Freeing the will.
7. The chest and the heart. The movement of feeling. Fear.
8. The back. The support that holds.
9. The pelvis. The centre of life and pleasure. Sexuality.
10. The hands. Contact with life. Giving and receiving.
11. The face and the voice. Being visible, self-realisation.
12. Wholeness. The body as a temple.
So that in these three months you travel from “I feel nothing” to “I live in my body and through it”.
The programme has a rhythm and deepens gradually, from basic grounding to the release of energy, the integration of emotion and of bodily memory.
The online club “Alchemy of the Soul” is about stepping out of reaction, about returning to the body and to the ability to be in the present.
Not explaining life but living it, leaning on yourself, choosing and acting.
Inner stability, self-regulation, practices and streams on self-development.

1. Trust and confidentiality
- Respect for personal space: everything discussed in the club stays inside the club. Members are obliged to keep other people’s personal information confidential.
- A safe space: we create a space where everyone can express their thoughts, feelings and experience without judgement or criticism.
2. Respectful interaction
- Kindness and support: it is important to remember that the club is a space for support and development. We speak to one another with respect and attention.
- A variety of views: our community welcomes a variety of opinions, faiths, world-views and approaches. It matters that we are tolerant of points of view that differ from our own.
3. Ethics and responsibility
- Using knowledge ethically: while mastering psychological, psycho-energetic, esoteric and psycho-magical practices, every member is obliged to use what they learn for the good of themselves and of those around them. We do not support and we reject any use of this knowledge for manipulation, for harm or for negative influence on others.
- Avoid manipulation: the use of esoteric and psychological practices must rest on clean intentions and on respect for other people’s free will. It is important to avoid interfering in other people’s lives and decisions without their consent.
- Responsibility for your actions: every member takes responsibility for their own actions and is aware of the possible consequences. Any practice should be thought through in terms of its long-term results, both for oneself and for others.
- Balance and harmony: all practices must aim at inner harmony, wellbeing and spiritual growth, not at negative influence or destructive intentions.
4. Active participation
- Doing the assignments on time: doing the courses’ practical assignments regularly and taking part in the club’s events will help you get the most out of our space.
- Supporting the common goal: it matters that you take an interest in the club’s development by joining shared discussions, webinars and practical online meetings.
5. Terms of payment and access
- Levels of access: our online club offers several levels of access: basic, premium and individual. Moving to each level gives access to deeper content and wider interaction.

6. No redistribution of content
- Restrictions on republishing: all the club’s materials (videos, workbooks, texts) are intended solely for its members. Passing them on or distributing them to third parties is strictly forbidden. To protect the content from unauthorised use, watermarks, logos and the like may be placed on video and text materials.
7. Dealing with moderators and organisers
- Following the rules: it is important to follow the instructions and recommendations of the club’s moderators and organisers so that harmony and order are maintained in the community.
- Feedback: we are always open to suggestions and questions. If you run into difficulties or have ideas for improving the club, do write to us at [email protected]

Consequences of breaking the rules of the online club “Alchemy of the Soul”
To maintain harmony and respectful interaction in the club, we have set out the consequences of breaking the rules. They exist to preserve an atmosphere of trust and safety for everyone.
1. A warning
- On a first breach of the club’s rules (for example, offensive behaviour, disclosing confidential information or breaking ethical norms) the member receives a formal warning from a moderator or from the organisers.
2. Temporary restriction of access
- If the breach is repeated after a warning, the member may have their access to the club and its materials temporarily restricted. How long the restriction lasts depends on the seriousness of the breach and may be anything from one week to one month.
- For serious breaches, such as repeatedly distributing materials without permission, a temporary restriction may be accompanied by the loss of access to certain levels of content (to the premium level, for example).
3. Full exclusion from the club
- In the case of serious or persistent breaches a member may be excluded from the club entirely, with no right to a refund. This applies in the following situations:
- Repeated breaches of the ethics and rules of communication.
- A single instance or a pattern of distributing confidential information or protected, copyrighted content (videos, texts, workbooks and so on) outside the club.
- Using the knowledge and the practices to manipulate or to harm other members or third parties.
4. Legal consequences
- If a breach involves unlawful acts (for example, infringing copyright or distributing protected content to third parties for gain), the club reserves the right to turn to the appropriate legal authorities to protect its interests.
5. Appealing a decision
- A member who has broken the rules has the right to ask the organisers to review the decision. To do so, send your arguments and explanations in writing to [email protected] within seven days of receiving notice of the sanction.
