- making contact with the different aspects of femininity expressed in archetypal images
- psychological work with the opposite facets of an archetype
- getting to know the aspects of sexuality in each image and how they show up in your inner and outer reality
- prohibitions, taboos and finding ways to overcome them
- exploring female sexuality: blocks and resources
“To the dispersed, contingent, and multiple existences of actual women, mythical thought opposes the Eternal Feminine, unique and changeless. If the definition provided for this concept is contradicted by the behaviour of flesh-and-blood women, it is the latter who are wrong. We are told not that Femininity is a false entity, but that the women concerned are not feminine. The contrary facts of experience are impotent against the myth.”
We so often need some special demonstration of love that we fail to notice anything that does not fit that frame. Behind such selectiveness there is often an image, and living up to it is supposed to bring that longed-for “feminine” happiness.
The happiness of holding a title:
“A Feminine Woman”, “A Worthy Woman”, “A Precious Woman” and others no less popular.
A deeply rooted role, habit or way of behaving becomes a kind of “super-idea” that must be fulfilled at any cost.
And even if everyone around you keeps telling you of their love in all sorts of ways, you will not be able to notice it, absorbed as you are in waiting for your own ideal picture of love to come true.
And so, at that moment, you risk never gaining the ability to be happy. Never meeting the uniqueness and variety of the human soul that lie on the other side of your ideals.
To meet something in the outer world, you first need to create it in your inner space.
Perhaps you will want to explore different facets of yourself and gain the chance to play new roles.
The facets of femininity are a magnificent multitude of expressions, desires, needs and ways to express yourself!
A chance to find the wholeness that only a multitude of opposites can promise.
- Do you question your own worth?
- Do you have rigid principles in choosing a man that keep you from being light?
- Do you demand special treatment?
- Do you feel you have to control everything?
It is time to restore harmony and find a new you!
- How often have you seen infatuation and passion off with disappointment and resentment?
- How often, without noticing it, have you made excessive demands of those close to you?
- How often have you given all of yourself and received in return something that hurt you?
In every woman lives Femininity, many-faced and changeable in how it shows itself.
It is this natural changeability that makes femininity attractive and beautiful.
It has different names, different faces, different moods and tasks at each period of time.
As spring follows winter, a woman’s mood can be changeable and inconstant.
Feminine nature is natural, spontaneous and can at times be very dangerous, both for the woman herself and for those close to her.
Destruction and creation are the two extremes between which feminine nature flows and sparkles. And a woman’s most important task is to learn to rein in these extremes, to understand what needs destroying and what it is time to bring to life.
Often one of these extremes is strongly expressed in a woman’s life, creating imbalance and dependence, and taking away freedom and attractiveness.
