COURSE PROGRAMME
- Session 1. Finding the core of the psychological trauma: the figures of the Inner Sadist and the Inner Sufferer. In this session we work with a current psychological trauma. We explore the inner Sadist–Sufferer dyad, the unconscious force that draws us into traumatic experiences.
- Session 2. Engaging with the figure of the Inner Sadist
- Session 3. Engaging with the figure of the Inner Sufferer
- Session 4. Dignity — its resources and tasks. Uncovering it and showing it to the outside world. Uncovering the Inner Sufferer’s resources of Dignity, and its transformation.
- Session 5. Transforming the pattern of relationships: trust and merging. Uncovering the Inner Sufferer’s resources of trust and merging, and its transformation.
- Session 6. Uncovering the resources of leadership and authority. Uncovering the Inner Sufferer’s resources of leadership and authority, and its transformation
- Session 7. Uncovering the figure of the Inner Hero. Completing the transformation of the Inner Sufferer into the Inner Hero.
The programme is run in partnership with the “Teurung” Association of depth psychology.
