Theme of the game: sexuality and messages from the ancestors.
In this game we invite you to put one of the important areas of life in order — sexuality.
We suggest looking at sexuality as more than physical contact and broadening your ideas on the subject.
Do you ask yourself:
— where has my pleasure gone?
— do I feel ashamed when I have to look a person of the opposite sex in the eye?
— how often do guilt and tension live in my bedroom?
— is intimacy in my marriage just a “duty”, or is there still a chance?
— why are all men (women) equally uninteresting and unsafe?
— are marriage and sexuality compatible?
— what do I do with my fear of “not holding on to” my husband (wife)?
— what is intimacy, and what does love look like?
— how long can I keep pretending that I’m enjoying sex?
Then perhaps it’s time to deal with them!
And to do it at the very epicentre of your subconscious — at the level of causes.
Everything around us is only a consequence!
So where do our many different reactions and attitudes to what happens come from?
Our subconscious holds the causes of suffering as well as of happiness and pleasure!
Imagine that in your couple — wherever you are, whatever you do — other people are always present. They follow you relentlessly, influence your choices and make the relationship tense.
If you stop and listen to your thoughts, you will find some of these:
“He doesn’t deserve my forgiveness!”
“All the men in our family are weaklings!”
“Everyone cheats, so one partner has to love more and the other less!”
“I will always love you (even at the cost of my own happiness, life and health)”
“Don’t show that you’re enjoying it too — he might think badly of me”
“A woman is an extension of a man”
“A mistress is a homewrecker and a fallen woman!”
“A man must always want sex and always perform”!
“There is no sex in the USSR”!
“All men want sex and must win it from a woman”!
These thoughts are the experience of your ancestors, who built their lives on the experience of their own ancestors.
Such messages are relics of past eras that leave their mark on a person’s choices.
