Who is this course for?

The course will be a good support for those who want to sort out their complexes, learn to live by their own meanings, enjoy life, love themselves and develop their inner world.

Topics we will work with on the course:

  • anxiety and mistrust of the world;
  • issues with self-esteem;
  • blocked feelings;
  • recognising parental injunctions that “sound in your head” and keep you from making your own choices, and stepping out from under their influence;
  • hidden or open parental control;
  • the “rescuer” syndrome, self-sacrifice, caring for others while forgetting yourself;
  • difficulty reaching ambitious goals, stopping halfway, giving goals up;
  • how to get what you want and still be able to enjoy the result;
  • the inner critic and the fear of new beginnings;
  • the fear of being alone and the fear of close relationships;
  • “toxic” relationships;
  • “love at first sight”, “this is my other half”, disappointment in relationships;
  • cutting off contact, resentment, irritation, hatred and aggression towards your parents, and finding a way out of this vicious circle;
  • wanting to cope with the feeling that your parents did not love you and paid you little attention as a child;
  • why luck fails you, now in love, now at work.

What will you gain from the course?

The knowledge and skill to recognise, adjust and remove the influence of complexes on your life.

Session plan:

  1. Introductory lecture. How complexes keep you from living your own life.
  2. How complexes disrupt the harmonious development of personality and hide our meanings and emotions from us.
  3. The anatomy of a complex and its kinds;
  4. How the age stages of personal development and age crises multiply the power of complexes.
  5. Complexes in child–parent relationships.
  6. The positive and negative mother complex.
  7. The positive and negative father complex.

Kinds of complexes we will explore during the course:

  • the inferiority and superiority complex;
  • the rescuer and hero complex;
  • the resentment and guilt complexes;
  • the straight-A student complex;
  • the positive and negative mother complex;
  • the positive and negative father complex.

Bonuses for course participants:

  • participants can ask the teacher questions in the closed group and get individual mini-consultations on the session topics during the course;
  • individual consultations at the PSYVISION centre at a reduced price after graduation.

Provided you attend every session and complete the homework, a certificate is issued at the end of the course.
