Psychology in Tarot.
When people ask me what Tarot is or how synchronicity works, I answer with metaphors.
Metaphors work especially well in reply to questions like:
how can you prove scientifically that a person depends on nature, on the planets, on the elements?
Or the “is there life on Mars” kind (how does science treat what cannot be measured?).
For example, you can ask in return:
- do you look forward to summer in winter?
- yes! Of course! — they answer
- and why is that? — I ask
- you get tired of the slush, the greyness, the cold, the frost!
In other words, the mere presence or absence of sunlight has a very strong effect on our state and mood (let’s leave hormones and biochemistry aside today). And besides the Sun there are as many as nine planets whose principles affect our lives.
Can you imagine the chaos and the sheer number of possibilities?
Listening to a metaphor, even the most sceptical devotees of science usually start to look like astonished children who have come across a gingerbread house deep in the forest.
The power of metaphor is amazing and boundless!
How about this one, for example?

Imagine you live in a house where the windows are tightly covered by curtains.
And outside, impenetrable shutters are always down. You live to your own rhythm and often feel tired at the wrong time: in the middle of work you suddenly run out of strength and energy. You go out in light clothes and get caught in rain or cold snow. Next time you put on rubber boots and warm things and have to roast in the sun. And so on. You live unpredictably, never knowing what the weather is or what to wear. You worry. After all, you are used to keeping everything under control. You are used to hindrances, struggles and obstacles, and you call it by the frightening word Fate.
In the end, life goes on, of course.
- But how many unnecessary moves do you make?
- How much strength do you spend fighting obstacles that arise completely unpredictably (or so it seems to you)?
- Why do you collapse with exhaustion exactly when you decide to do some serious work?
When energy drinks, coffee, draining rows in relationships and other ways of getting yourself going stop working, despair usually sets in.
After all, few people will let themselves admit that they have lost control of their life (and of the life of the whole universe, which shows itself in us through the elements and the principles of the planets).
- Have you tried to control the flow of a river? Or a fire?
- Or, say, an avalanche?
- Have you tried telling the sun: hey, you! I need to work for 24 hours, so no trips to London for you! Stay right here and shine!
No? You haven’t?
Yet if you look at your life, that is exactly what is happening in it!
Having completely forgotten the laws of nature (by which our body, instincts and psyche live), our Ego tells the sun when to rise and when to set.

To continue the metaphor, studying Tarot, for example, is like symbolically raising the curtains, opening the windows and making a calendar of life’s rhythms.
As you gradually immerse yourself in the Tarot system, you fall into step with natural, energetic rhythms. And so you open up the possibility of following the right path intuitively. On the right path there are usually not that many obstacles. And in time a fair wind is sure to start blowing. One more thing: the ability to foresee opens up. After all, that is exactly what many people are looking for!
With the windows open, you will see whether it is day or night, winter or summer. You will choose the right time and the right clothes and set sound goals.
The magic wand does exist!
But you have to travel to remote places to get it!
Would you like to set off on such a journey?
Tarot or metaphorical associative cards (MAC) reveal the secrets of synchronicity beautifully.
