Tarot as a tool for personal growth.

People often ask me: do I use Tarot in consultations?
Isn’t it dangerous?
In these questions I sense interest and, at the same time, fear.
It is no secret that many people are curious about the future, the past and their possibilities.
Some occasionally ask me to “tell their fortune”. To be honest, I don’t like that phrase: I don’t tell fortunes, I don’t hold readings, and I stopped inviting people for spreads long ago.

I like clarity on questions like these. And so, first and foremost, I practise and explore everything for myself — for my own dear self! The energies of Tarot are a sacrament, a tool for spiritual growth, a dwelling place of the Soul. The knowledge Tarot carries is very precious, which is why it is not for everyone.
It is unwise to toy with your own Spirit in order to flatter a proud Ego.

I work with the energies of Tarot only with a small circle of people who have a grounding in psychology.

So what is Tarot?

Tarot courses in Kharkiv!
I would like to bring some clarity to this question.
Tarot is not just a deck of cards with pictures. It is a system of knowledge about energies and how the World is arranged. Owning a deck and knowing what the pictures mean does not let you enter a person’s inner world or the inner world of a situation. That is the level of fortune-telling, where it is unclear what is true and what is not. At that level, the quality of the information you get is rather doubtful.
Being able to touch a person’s inner world is an important “option” for a Tarot reader. This skill has to be trained and built up. And for that, you have to work on yourself and clear your inner space of blocks and distortions. To know your “dark” parts “by sight”, so to speak. To explore and study the “blind spots” in your inner world. To widen your understanding of yourself and of the world.

Tarot is a tool: like a surgeon’s scalpel, a grand piano or a violin, a brush and paints.
What matters most here is the person themselves, their personality. The quality of the information and the accuracy of the forecast depend on their level of development, their knowledge, the clarity of their energy and their ability to interact with the world of energies.
Many people are afraid of Tarot. In fact, this is fear of the future and of the information that opens up. And that is normal. After all, you will have to deal with that information, change something, transform something. That brings changes in your way of life, your relationships, the ways you fulfil yourself. It is not always easy or comfortable.
It is a question of responsibility.

Why do you want to know the answer?
To change something by taking responsibility? Or to be told what to do and how to live — to have someone take responsibility for your life? Or to know that action is needed and not act, and so live with anxiety and tension?

A person cannot change anything until they become aware of it. An event that happens outside is always a consequence. We often talk about this on our courses; this is the way of seeing we aim to teach at our centre.
The ability to get to the “other” side of events and situations, into the inner world of people and things, to see the world “differently”, lets you know the cause.

It lets you:

  • become aware of the hidden side of a situation
  • go back and correct a mistake
  • make a choice that supports growth
  • understand the consequences (predict)
  • Avoid acting “as always” or as is convenient, and so dooming yourself to repeat the situation.

Tarot is a unique tool for understanding, growth and correcting the course of your life.
We can be afraid of anything. But most often a person is frightened not by what is outside, but by what is inside. After all, once you have faced it and recognised it in yourself, you no longer want to live the old way — and something will have to change. And change is always a crisis. Always the unknown. That is what frightens us!
To sum up:
Tarot is nothing to be afraid of. It is like an X-ray machine. There is an image. And what the operator does or does not see in it depends on the operator. And on how they pass the knowledge on to the person. What you do with that knowledge and how you apply it in your life depends on you. That is your responsibility.

Managing your own life is a privilege given to everyone at birth.
Even if it is frightening — to know, to be able and to manage!
If your interest outweighs your fear, I invite you to a fascinating course, “Psychology in Tarot”, which starts on 24 September 2020!

Together we will explore your inner world, look for solutions, see the present objectively and see the future.
Honestly and objectively.

For those who are ready to challenge themselves!
Love to all

The Tarot is a path of developing individuality, encoded in images that create the structure of an archetype we can see. Yet the key here is the “invisible” (esoteric) knowledge that forms the spiritual basis of every outward event.

The King of Swords in the Tarot and in life

It is generally held that the court cards are more likely to show a psychological type, a role potential, a type of reaction or behaviour, and that they relate more to a person than to a situation or event. However, it is very interesting to single out the energy of a court arcanum and bring it to life as a subpersonality, the energy structure…
