During the seminar you will grasp the role of the archetype and see how the Inner Child affects your life and emotional state. You will explore emotional wounds and build the skills to work with them and with past traumas. You will learn tools and techniques for self-understanding and emotional healing. The Inner Child archetype as a key to understanding our original emotional states. Basic trust in the world and the Inner Child. The roles and subpersonalities of the Inner Child and how they shape a person’s life script.
Self-discovery through the archetype:
What do we choose when we choose? You will learn how the Inner Child archetype can reflect early experience and shape personal reactions.
Exploring emotional depths: Traumas and emotional wounds:
how past traumas can affect our present state, self-esteem, sense of self-worth, and our choice of work, friends and partners.
Transformation: learning practical tools for working with emotional wounds and beginning to heal them. An immersive exercise using projective techniques, following the method of deep transformations. Meeting another self and becoming aware of the core beliefs that block growth.
Dialogue with the Inner Child:
the “hot seat” technique, demonstrations of techniques with real requests worked through.
The Inner Child as an image of oneself: ways of turning to the Inner Child. Practising the dialogue with the Inner Child for self-understanding, self-parenting and growing up.
Integrating the Inner Child: how the archetype can become a source of inner wisdom and healing.
The path to self-development: an introduction to methods and exercises for bringing the archetype into your life.
