Social success, the ability to notice and attract opportunities, achievements and much else in a person’s life rest on four basic areas:
- Personal qualities and your relationship with your “I”: self-esteem, self-concept, ideal self-image, self-awareness, beliefs, meaning in life, complexes and so on;
- Relationships with others: family and loved ones, friends, colleagues and so on;
- Social success: career, profession, income, social status, achievements, quality of life;
- Adaptation: the structure of your life, useful habits, psychological flexibility, stress resilience, awareness.
These four basic areas are a reliable foundation for realising your boldest goals and ambitions in the future.
By making your own decisions and assessing your own results, you strengthen the foundation of your life, and standing on it you see opportunities an order of magnitude greater than those you have now. You discover new ways to reach your goals.
Being able to manage the different areas of your life and put them in order on your own strengthens self-esteem, increases satisfaction with yourself and others, improves your ability to adapt and helps you cope with crises.
The context “my life, my rules” opens up the possibility of actively influencing the decisions of the people around you and of creating a favourable environment and conditions for growth and development, both your own and that of those around you.
- Do you want not just to wish for things but to get tangible results in different areas of life?
- To create your own context around you and influence the world around you creatively?
We invite you to take part in the social adaptation training programme “My Life, My Rules”!
Throughout this time we will help you build an optimal, working order and your own unique system of rules for life.
What awaits you on the course:
Block 1
Responsibility
A quality as important as responsibility creates pressure and the necessary drive in the system of your life. It becomes a driving force you cannot do without when moving to a new level of achievement. If there are issues with responsibility, there are also difficulties with achieving results and with new plans. Responsibility is a force you will build up by doing the practical tasks of the block and bringing order to your personal affairs.

Safety and mutual exchange.
Being able to manage your emotional state is another important tool for success in the outer world. In creating emotional relationships, a person wants to meet their own needs. And if it is a couple or a family, there are two or more such people. What should you do if everyone wants satisfaction for themselves, often without noticing the needs of others? Close relationships call for a leadership quality: the ability to invest.
Contribution is the chance to build relationships that will give you the comfort and emotional support you need at the moment you need it. To strengthen your position by being able to take a breather and receive approval or unconditional acceptance from someone close. How to be a contribution to a relationship and how to manage relationships are the skills we will practise here.

The social environment throws down a new challenge, and in meeting it a person reveals their inner potential, realises their ambitions and discovers a new level of managing the system of their life. Social success demands activity, and at the same time society is a ground for training new skills and abilities. If close relationships call for mutual understanding, involvement, support, contribution and so on, success in society adds will, decisiveness and determination. These open the way to actively changing the outer conditions of life, building mutually beneficial contacts and achieving high results in your profession and career. A decisive, determined person who can be a contribution and create opportunities for growth and development: these are the qualities we will build here.

There are many ideas about what creative giving is. As we know, you can only give what you have in abundance. Giving at the level of creativity is not a goal but only a result.
How is abundance formed? What is your creativity? What does your “self-realisation” look like? Success?
Reaching a creative approach to life is the combined result of bringing together the previous qualities and areas of life:
Responsibility
