Kharkiv! Join us for a programme on working with psychological trauma
“Dialogues with Justine”!
The programme focuses on:
- gaining experience of overcoming psychological trauma;
- working with an inferiority complex;
- reaching acceptance of your own capacities;
- finding resources to cope with obstacles on the way to goals that once seemed impossible, excessive or beyond your strength;
Suffering, emotional pain, anxiety, guilt and fear are at the centre of “Dialogues with Justine”. Pain is an inseparable part of every life.
And, as some spiritual and esoteric teachings put it: “Life itself is suffering.”
Seen realistically, life is not made of suffering alone. At least it should not be. But suffering is an inseparable part of our existence.
So what is the most valuable skill you take away from “Dialogues with Justine”?
- How to learn to deal with emotional pain in a healthy way;
- How to overcome the fear and helplessness that the prospect of pain stirs in us;
- How to switch from avoiding suffering to overcoming it, turning pain into a resource, motivation, experience and the will to reach your goals.
In the programme we aim to help a person see the sources — the causes of their unconscious anxieties and fears. Whatever breeds insecurity, helplessness, disorientation and a lack of trust in oneself. Beneath these states lies traumatic experience from the past, and often the distant past.
Old wounds, emotional pain, guilt, fear and shame that were never worked through at the time were pushed aside and gradually became the source of this generalised, vague, unconscious anxiety and low mood.
Over the sessions of “Dialogues with Justine” we help a person see what they have already forgotten.
To touch the pain and suffering they once turned away from. To touch it in order to overcome it — to become stronger than it.
The programme consists of 7 sessions (meetings), held roughly once a month.
Each meeting includes:
- individual work with the facilitator within a group format;
- a theoretical part;
- exploring the contents of the unconscious with projective techniques;
- practical work with a range of psychological methods: psychodrama techniques, narrative practices, “active imagination” and more;
- specific recommendations on participants’ personal requests;
Author and facilitator of the programme:

Currently a psychologist in private practice and head of the “Teurung” Association of depth psychology. More than 19 years of psychological practice.
